I've got the Lizard Skins Carbon Fiber patches on my bike. Clean the spot well with alcohol (the not fun kind) and they seem to stick well. They are pretty large though, so a single patch can be cut into 3-4 useful sized ones (they come in packages of 6). I also have the chainstay CF protector... however I consider it a design flaw when it comes flat to be put on a round chainstay... You still need to use zip-ties to hold it on and even then it doesn't want to stay flay against the frame. If you buy the chainstay protector, it comes with 2 patches... probably more than enough for the rest of your frame.
