I did a fixed gear century starting at Yorba Linda Regional Park and heading up Green River, over the 91 and out to Tom's Farms area (Temescal Canyon). It was quite do-able on my 42 x 15. Yes, there is some climbing but (for me) that makes it a lot more interesting that the flat part of SART; which is most of it, really.
