But I am not an admirer of his actions nor of his tactics in the circumstances being discussed in this thread. Whether the case affirms the right of a cyclist to use the road is, I would say, a matter of opinion. As to whether cyclists should have the right to the road I absolutely do
not think it is a bad thing and that it
is a thing worth defending- just not in the manner demonstrated by Eli Damon.
