I like to say I have but the bike I used was once a 63 Columbia cantilevered mens frame that someone butchered into a ladies but I altered top bars back into a mans bike.
Another was a Tyler frame that I cut off the top tube and bent back the seat stays on a lowered seat tube.
My latest was 73 Schwinn done the same way.
I'd say go for it and have a sex change.
