Good news, bad news here. The good news is I'm a good bit lighter than last year this time. Last year I had let my weight creep up and actually lost 4 pounds over the holidays. This year I've ridden even more than last year but have not lost any weight. Plus I'm a good bit heavier than what I was last Spring. This just seems to be an annual process and cycle for me so I know I'll need to buckle down and watch what I'm eating.
