Hi I'm 5'3-5'4 ish with a leg length of 76 cm which is around 30" I live in La california. I'm a 2 year old boy so i can't drive to buy a used bike.

I am on a budget of around $250-$300 tops and I want a decent road bike that looks nice. Looking to buy a new/used depending. Was looking a gmc denali road bike. I know the brake and tires suck so can you recommend some affordable but decent wheels and brakes and also an decent trigger shifter.
