Ingredients seem fine to me except there's way too much fat for bike food.
Tell you what: next time you're in a grocery store, buy 2 packages of Fig Newmans or Fig Newtons if that's all they have. When you open the second package, you put them back on the grocery list. That works like a charm. Or you can buy a dozen Clif bars, etc., and save the wrapper when you eat one. Then back home, put that flavor back on the grocery list. That also works well.
Just keep it quiet. Wheat kills you know. Clif bars don't have wheat, so maybe you're safer with them.
