Yes........most of the GP's were low end. These frames and components were considerably nicer.

When I acquired this one it was wearing a mix of Raleigh branded components and Golden Arrow.

I sold this one (F/F) for $95, although I think it's worth at least $150, the paint is good and it's 531.

With the paint in poor condition on the one your looking at..........there are several other variables to consider. Will the stem and seat post remove easily, often times the headsets are indexed on 25+ year old bikes, look for dents or other frame damage.

For a flip I might pay $125, for a rider probably not much more given the work involved.

There are a few examples of these on the C&V forum here but they are somewhat difficult to locate because of the model name.

This is why pictures are so important in evaluations.
