I'm wanting this for a hybrid gearing. The wheels have to turn independently. One cable shifts an AW hub, the other a derailleur. The cable routing to the derailleur in question, a Trivelox Model B, has to go this way. The cable to the hub could be routed along the down tube, if necessary.

I should probably start our bump a thread about this.
