How do you know you're burning between 2600 and 3300 calories? Those numbers sound optimistic to me...
Aside from that, it sounds like you've hit a plateau. Or perhaps you're over-training? In any event, you probably need to change your exercise/diet routine, or simply take a week or two off: exercise a
little less eat a
little more, maybe gain back a pound or two then come back and push even harder than before.
