Good question, I call it going all the way. For me, I'm 5'7" and 210 with a recent low of 192. At 192 I was 3 lbs away from being out of obese and into over weight. In my minds eye I can see me at 170 which is still over weight. For me to be "normal" I'd need to be ~155. I've got really big shoulders and chest but I don't buy the big boned stuff. It's just up to me to get there, when I was 20 I had really big shoulders and chest and weighed 160.
I'm much healthier now compared to my 252 when I started riding. However, I'd sure like to be one of the few that go all the way!
