I think the head logo was a later addition, I hope I did not drive that far for a Windsor! It does have a enough nice bits to justify the price.
Both calipers are of the drop bolt variety and it has an Edco Competition bb. Frame details seem to match up with early 70's models but the missing head badge holes worry me a bit. Seat post size appears about 26.4mm but I need to find my caliper
