Replacing just crank arms?

I recently got a Fuji 2.3 Absolute hybrid road bike after 13 years with my Iron Horse MTB. I really like everything about the Fuji, but there's just one minor thing that bothers me. I wish the crank arms were black instead of silver. Is there a way I can replace just the arms on both sides and keep the chain ring and not have to use a crank puller?

If possible, what do I need to look for to make sure my replacement arms would fit OK? I don't need super expensive arms as I mostly ride around my neighborhood with the occasional long trek around town. I just wan them black
