I about froze for the first couple hours - I was in my regular summer outerwear, so summer jersey & regular shorts & gloves. Brr. My garmin said it was 45 degrees for a long time. Thank goodness for the hill.
We got our newbie up to the shack and the light bulb went on "Hey, I can do this"... good times.
