Bike Build - recommendations please

Very new to this forum, please excuse any etiquette faux pas. Looking to build up or purchase a stealthy, light weight, single speed bike. Originally planned on trying to purchase a Cervelo T1 but I want brakes and realized that swapping the front fork to one with a brake boss would change the fork rake and the handling, making it very twitchy. Looking for recommendations on a frameset to build from (or complete bike).

Requirements:
- Reasonably light
- compatible with modern carbon fork (I will run a drop bar with a modern road bike stem - i.e. no quill stem - I know... sacrilege)

Options:
- belt drive
- disc brakes

Any frameset/bike recommendations?

I figure the rest is buildable/changeable. Just want to make sure that I start with the right frame/fork to get the bike I want.

Cheers,
A
