Completed my first 5 miles in a single sitting... day before I did 3 in the morning and four in the afternoon but Yesterday was the first day I did 5 miles in a single ride. Spinning nearly all the way (instead of mashing and coasting). Taking a day off the bike today to let legs recoup and gonna try for 6 tomorrow !
