Before you do a century, how many miles do you do each day, 2 weeks prior to the century?
My training in the first days of 2014, which is recent, I logged the following miles:
11, 12, 19, 13, 13, 30, 13, 27
I keep a journal. I've never done a century and I wanna do one.
