Hi Chef
I did a kettle bell workout with my trainer one day. A great workout but my back was sore for days. So I'm working at strengthening my back before I try that again. I'm also going it day by day….I'm really close to my goal and I am more or less maintaining…frustrating but with the weather improving it will be easier to do some longer rides. I just bought Selena Yeager's new book "Bike your Butt Off" I'm going to try her program and hope it jumpstarts my losing again. I'm going to Vancouver for a knitting retreat with my sister this weekend and they supply all the food so I will have to take my own little survival kit to make it through the weekend.
