Because they're all ******bags, that's why. Not rocket surgery.

Also, it's not a backyard. It's a road that is plenty wide enough for bikes and cars. You don't care because you don't ride here. If they want the riff raff out, put up a gate and fence off the hole in the wall. That will solve everything, and I can go on grumbling to other people who don't give a flip.
