So to round out the build (and some of this will change if I really like how it rides) suntour superbe pro crank, 7 speed dura ace shifters, profile base bar, suntour cyclone mk2 front and rear derailluers, brooks professional saddle, and the wheels are in the air. I have a couple of rears to choose from it's the front that is giving me trouble. I haven't found a 650c front wheel yet (apart from a set of zip 303's I can get at a good price) so I'm tempted to get some long reach calipers and temporarily run the 26" front wheel in the pictures.
