Did anyone notice that the seat tube has been open to the elements for God knows how long? Look at this pic:

Personally - I'd take that $100 before he/she changes her mind. I'll bet the BB is toast, and I'd be real concerned about how much water has been sitting inside that seat tube. Chain, freewheel, derailleurs, brakes, hubs - all roached.
Seriously - take the $100 and run.
