Have done this literally dozens of times, and those bikes have between them tens of thousands of miles with ZERO problems. No need to cold set, just slightly spread the rear dropouts as you insert the wheelset. It's only 2mm per side.
Which means that the OP can use ANY modern wheelset with a 130 OLD, as well as the matching modern crankset (double or triple) for 24, 27 or 30 speeds. Only limit is budget (and the OP's mechanical skills). Example:
