Rough guideline indeed. For comparisons sake, I'm 150lbs, and ride the same pressure/thickness tire. I might occasionally dip to 80 or 85 in the front if I'm ready on wet roads, but that doesn't happen often.
I'm on Mavic Aksiums right now. I have a set of GP4000s 23mm for when it is time to switch out. Hope to have a new wheel set by then (wider) to drop the pressure some.
