Big controversial topic. I say no don't listen to music in traffic. Also I really really hate guys who listen on group rides. I almost got taken out by a guy on a group ride who was riding his brakes on a little downhill, I yelled out "coming around on your left", he never heard me and swept across the entire lane. I yelled alot when we got to the bottom and he was apologetic saying he just didn't hear me.
