Soon to be 64, 5' 8", 135/140lbs, ride 2X/week 3 when lucky, distance/ride 50 miles to 90+ info simply for physical comparison
Have used the FR1 for years. Tried a $200 John Cobb and a Sella had to send both back. Plenty of time on aero bars without issue.
