Actually the paint job was done fairly well. I just hate how it looks. If that was the only issue I would just leave it as is and not worry about it. There is some mildly pitted rust underneath the bottom bracket. There's also a couple other minor spots on the frame. I got a quote on having it repainted and $300 for stripping it and repainting it for a $200 commuter sounds outrageous. I'm thinking now of trying to find somebody who can sand blast it for a reasonable price and paint the frame myself. I really don't mind it having a mediocre paint job, I just want to remove and prevent corrosion.
