I bought and returned a couple of these lights a few months ago thinking I'd be able to use the battery and charger to compliment the 2 Magicshine lightheads and the failing Geoman replacement battery pack I have. I ended up returning both of them. One of them had a bad battery pack, and the connectors wouldn't work with the Magicshine connectors without modifications I didn't want to make on the second. I ended up getting a genuine Magicshine battery pack for $30 after considering making my own like CalrkinHawaii was.
