Yes, this is the another style made of carbon mentioned by dynaryder.

Satellite Elite Carbon Trekking

It is also not being made anymore but may be easier to find. It has an appeal and I might be interested if I could find something similar made of aluminum but I really don't need or want to pay for carbon.
