Thank you for the information. I do not have a chain guard on the birdy, and nothing above the chainwheel to secure it either. Also, I did not notice a screw to secure the front tire upon folding, but I will look for that.
Do you recommend any alternative deraileur? The one I have is worn and so are the grip shifts.
