Dahon Ios S9 with no disc brake fixings

Hello all !

I have just bought a Dahon Ios S9 folding bike (the black one with golden hubs), sold on eBay as a 2014 model from Germany, and something hinted me. The bike came with no disc brake fixings (neither the post-mount one on the fork nor the IS one on the frame).
Yet, I had a look on Dahon's website, and the Ios S9 is equipped with disc brakes. Plus, all the Ios S9 pictures I've found on Google show it with disc brake, or V-Brake and disc brake fixings. The eBay page for my Ios S9 is the only one showing it with no disc brakes not PM/IS fixings.

I don't really care about disc brakes on a folding bike, but I wounder what model I actually have. Is it a genuine one? It has been delivererd in a Dahon box, it has a V-Clamp hinge, and it really looks like an Ios S9 bike. Except it does not have the disc brake fixings.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.
