All those ones you linked to are crap. When I first started commuting,I tried a set of clip-on fenders. They didn't do much at all. Swapped them for full fenders and that's all I use on my commuters.
If you want to pull them off/on easily,you could prolly set them up with some dzus fasteners or rubber/velcro straps or something like
