I'm fairly sure that all of the Lenton Grand Prix bikes were Reg Harris models. According to Peter Kohler, the LGP was made from 1958-61. The OP's is on the earlier side of that range as it has the Benelux front rod shifter. In 1960-61, Raleigh went to a cable controlled FD. The Grand Prix model first came out in the late 60s and was always a relatively low-end offering.
