I read everything you post here. Thanks. Actually my VMO doesn't look much weak. I am generally a weak guy but I have a good definition on VMO. But it can still be relatively weak comparing to VML. I also think that glutes have a big role on patellar tilt but I didn't discuss that with my doctor (if I do that they think I am trying to be a smart ass and interfere with their job). I have tightness in glutes area and tightness means shortening muscles and pulling the connected muscle groups. I have also tight quadriceps. So, stretching the opposite muscle groups is as important as strengthening the weak muscles.
