Thanks everyone great to hear the stories. Clearly bike riding is a key component of controling diabetes.

For myself, thanks to changing my diet and riding my bike many miles, my blood sugar is now under control. At one point I was taking two oral medicines and Victoza shot everyday. The doctor said if things dont change, I am going on insulin. My A1C was over 10. I am now down to one pill and my A1C is 5.3.
