Maybe I'm not hearing it right, but I feel like I'm not hearing a creak from the BB, but from my handlebars. I've greased all the connections and torqued all the bolts, but I still hear a quiet click noise from what seems like the handlebar region when under load. It is the only annoying thing about the bike.
