+1 The frame/fork is much more often the limiting factor than the rim. Your rims will handle 25mm tires no problem. This is one of the newer "fixie" Pistas, right? If so I would expect it to take 25mm tires just fine. If, however, it was a legitimate vintage track bike that size might even be too much. Old track bikes are known for having extremely tight tire clearances, because nothing but the narrowest tires are ever needed on a track.
Yes, it's a new one. I ride it single speed, not fixed gear. And there's plenty of room for a 25mm tire. I was just wondering about the rims. Thanks for all the replies!
