You're talking about these wheels from velomine, Sun M13 Silver 700c SEALED Bearing Road Bike Wheels 126mm Fits Vintage Bikes | eBay

They have consistently some of the lowest prices I've seen on machine built wheels. I'm thinking of buying a different pair of wheels from them because their prices are good and their service seems reasonable. I know nothing about these wheels but if you can true your own wheels, you probably won't go wrong on them is my guess. Sealed is good as well since replacement parts should be available.
