Well, looks like my quarq is being sent out. So much for the new mercury platform. FYI, with the new quarqs, the way to do a hard reset is not to flip the battery around in the unit but instead place two pennies in the compartment as they are conductive. That worked for about 30 minutes before my quarq died again.
