Most people who suggest lots of hidden cameras and other security and safety measures couldn't live a week in their dream world. But I'm in favor of experimentation toward making life better.

So let's do pilot programs, saturating the areas near the proponents with all measures of eye in the sky security, while leaving the rest as they are.
