52 yrs old, riding after I started having to much hip and back pain from running all the time, 4k miles since I got my first bike a1986 Raleigh in Nov 2011, road bike only, multi vitamins and glucosamine chondroitin daily.I try to ride minimum for days a week, unusually fifteen mile loop on lunch with some longer weekend rides. I also do a little weights and stadium stairs and obstacles course. I've always been active and sure it allowed down but I tell myself pain is proof I'm still fighting.
Best advise for any one stretch daily, keep tendons loose.
