Pose Runners?
I've been a mid-strike, shoulders back, toe push-off runner but tied legs and pain has caused me to look around. I ran a 5k this morning following more of a Pose, falling technique. I have to say, sure do feel fresh afterwards; could easily go out for another or a 10K. Speed? I don't know, but cadence was definitely higher.
Anyone a Pose runner? How have you advanced over time, and how's your time?
