I struggle with my weight and spent much of my summer cycling season getting back-down to my ideal weight. I know we all have different ideas about how and what we should be eating. But here is my idea of a "dieting" breakfast. I like coffee so I had coffee with my cereal. All the nutrition I needed before (and during) my 20 mile bicycle ride.
