Looks like a 1986, the absolute was an entry level model, but upper entry level. OBO = offer 60 or so if you like it as it says may need new tires. Condition looks pretty good from those two pictures but generally a 28 yo bike needs overhaul on grease, bearings, etc. Max value even when totally tuned w/ new tires (27 inch wheel btw) would be 125+- in my market.
