I'll be blunt, if your knees hurt the culprit is pretty much guaranteed not to be the weight of the frame. (especially when you're nit picking over the weight equivalent to a bottle of water) Get something that fits and adjust the gearing until it's comfortable and your knees will be fine.


(My Fuji Track Comp was 17.8Lbs stock, incidentally)
