Whats your avg speed? ~13 MPH on very hilly terrain. Over some non-hilly terrain we lope around at 16 but have been as high as 20.

Whats your setup? Heavily modified. Thomson Stem and seatpost. Crank Brothers Ion2 handlebar, Ergon GC5 grips, Shimano XTR shifter/brake lever combo, XTR v-brakes, XT front/rear derailleur, Deore LX 26/36/48 crank, Azonic 420 platform pedals, Bontrager Nebula Saddle, VDO C1 computer, stock wheels and tires 700x32. The wheels and tires will be next on the upgrade list.
How far do you ride? Depends on the amount of time we have. If I am home (I travel for work quite a bit), we ride between 15 - 20 miles in the evening. On weekends, we go between 30 - 40. We make it fun though. We don't just go ride and see how fast we can go. We ride, look around, have lunch, stop and have coffee. Our weekend rides last a few hours.
Whats your age? I just turned 40 and my partner/husband will be 50 next month.
How long have you been riding? Rode a MTB in college and have just started riding again about 3 months ago after almost 20 years. So I built a MTB and bought the hybrid. By the way, my partner rides a '14 Trek FX 7.4 Disc.
