Square interface on the shift lever ? that is what you need to make it work .
same sort of square like downtube shifter frame mounts, just not as thick
No I Don't own that kind of Campag Bar end , mine are antique friction only types ..
though I have used the Dia Compe /Cane Creek- rivendale- Shimano ones ..
