It's pretty easy...you'll just need these specialty tools (they aren't expensive) and it helps to have some basic tools like sockets, wrenches, lube/grease, etc...

For pulling the crank arms you can use:

or this one can do both ISIS/Octalink and your square taper

For removing the bottom bracket, use:
http://www.parktool.com/products/det...=25&item=BBT-2

You can get brands other than Park but those are what I have.
