I like the sun doubletrack's or the mavic EX729's, for a rim. Hubs are hubs, get something decent, xt would probably do you just fine. I didn't know those FR2350's were out yet. I like the red, orange and black color scheme.
Just make sure you get a rear hub that will work with your frame, quick releases are pretty standardized, but they also make 12mm thu axles and regular bolt-ons and and there is different drop-out spacing. If you go to the dt swiss website and look at all the versions of the rear fr2350 you can get an idea for the different combinations.
I'm runing the 729's right now and I love them, but I'm thinking about trying the fr2350's.
