I recommend buying an old Sturdevant-Richmont on ebay and using it for 50 years.
Old tools are great but finding one that reads directly in nM is tough and I wouldn't let it touch my bike before being calibrated. That's time and money. The CDI is built like a brick. Old school style. Will easily last 50 years.
