As FB noted, for a given number of "speeds", almost all Shimano cogs including 105, Ultegra and Dura Ace cogs and spacers are interchangeable. What must match is the number of speeds (e.g. 8,9, etc.) the cogs are made for since as the number increased, the cogs got thinner as did the spacers.
